Keyframes inside the rectangle that aren't currently selected will be selected, while keyframes that are already selected will be deselected. Ctrl+click and drag (Windows) or ⌘+click and drag (Mac) a marquee to switch whether keyframes are selected or not.Spans are only selected if both their keyframes are included inside the marquee. Click and drag a rectangular selection marquee to select all the keyframes within the rectangle.Ctrl+click (Windows) or ⌘+click (Mac) to select or deselect discontiguous keyframes or spans.Shift+click to select multiple contiguous keyframes or spans.Similarly, selecting a span automatically selects the surrounding keyframes as well. Selecting two consecutive keyframes also selects the span between them. Looping a layer changes the animation in the published document. To change the easing of an animation, right-click the span you want to change, then select a new easing or Easing options. If you select multiple keyframes and edit the properties of the element or elements, the changes apply at all the selected keyframes. Subsequent keyframes inherit the base properties unless you specify different property values at those keyframes. If you make property changes at the first keyframe, you edit the base properties of the element. Any preceding or following animation adjusts to start or end with the changed properties. You can also select an existing keyframe to edit the element at that specific point in the timeline. When you change an animated element's properties, a keyframe is automatically added at the playhead position if a keyframe doesn't already exist there.
